New Moving Mandala Meditation: Deep in the Heart
Over the course of the last few years, I’ve thought a lot about my Mandala Meditations app and about my Mandala Meditations podcast — both of which have been neglected for much too long.
When I first started creating my mandala animations in the early 2000s, I was using a mixture of about five or six different software applications. It was incredibly time consuming, and I relied upon my husband to make time to create the music to go with the videos as well.
Flash forward to today where it couldn’t be any easier to create your own animations and videos. So there’s really no reason not to do them anymore. And, I have to admit, they always held a special place in my heart!
To make a long story short, I’ve created a new, free mandala meditation: Deep in the Heart. And, look for news and updates in the coming weeks regarding more new moving mandalas!
Also, if there are any musicians out there who create meditation or yoga type music — ambient, instrumental, atmospheric — who would like to collaborate, please let me know!
